148,000 sq ft rec center with indoor/outdoor pools, courts, fitness spaces. 1CG supports the project with commercial glass and facade execution focused on performance, durability, and a clean architectural presence.

Education work demands coordination between envelope performance, field sequencing, public-facing details, and long-term maintenance expectations.

1CG aligned glazing, entrances, storefront, and facade scope with the construction team from planning through installation so the systems could be delivered cleanly in the field.

Result

The finished building gains a sharper exterior identity, better daylight, durable public-facing glass systems, and facade details suited to its education use.
